On April 26 and 27, the town will become an exhibition of itinerant arts that will have as stages a tent for 300 people in the Colomer park and the space for small and medium-sized shows in the Town Hall square.
On April 26 and 27, the first edition of Gresca! will be held, the festival of itinerant arts of Santa Susanna that the City Council wants to serve to turn the municipality also into a benchmark for circus, street theater and music. The stages of the Gresca! They will be the Colomer Park and the Town Hall Square.
It will be a weekend full of activities and experiences for the inhabitants of Santa Susanna and also for those people – old and young – from any other municipality who want to have fun enjoying circus shows, gestural theater and traveling shows.
On Saturday the 26th, the inauguration will be held with a show in the outdoor space of the tent where there will be a removable stand. Both Saturday and Sunday there will be small and medium-sized shows for the whole family in the tent (capacity for 300 people), in the outdoor space in the Colomer Park and in the Town Hall Square (chairs). Cia Jimena Cavalletti, Costrini Duo x Caso, Duo Lollypop, Karcocha, Kikolas, La Churry, Mago Struc, Tiramillas and Sr Stets will perform.
On Saturday night there will be El cabaret daurat, a variety show by artists from different disciplines. In the space where the Gresca! There will be food trucks for food and drink and a restaurant tent. Throughout the weekend there will also be interactive family games.
Bucraá Circus
The Festival Gresca! is organized by the Santa Susanna City Council and Bucraá Circus. Bucraá Circus is a Catalan clown and gestural theater company founded in 2018 that has its headquarters in Santa Susanna. She has been recognized for her shows El Gran Final and Punch!, which have triumphed at festivals around the world.
They collaborate in the organization of the Gresca! the Circus Promotion Plan, Circus Municipalities, the Trapezi Fair of Reus and its City Council, the Association of Circus Professionals of Catalonia (APCC), the Catalan Institute of Cultural Companies (ICEC) of the Department of Culture of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Barcelona Provincial Council.
